Sales Policy

Our doelings sell for $350.00
Our bucklings sell for $200.00
Our wethers (castrated male) sell for $75.00

Our babies are weaned at approximately 8-12 weeks of age. They will not be sold until they are eating hay and grain, well.  When they are ready to leave for their new homes, they will have already been dis-budded and wormed. They will come with an application for registration with ADGA and it will be the buyers responsibility to send this application in along with the appropriate fees for registering.

Any buckling that is not sold as a breeding buck by the age of 12 weeks, will be wethered and then be for sold for a pet or companion animal.

All of our babies are dam raised, if at all possible. Sometimes, bottle feeding becomes necessary, but, we try not to do this unless it is, absolutely, necessary. Please, don't ask us to pull our babies from their dams so that they can be bottle fed.

A non-refundable deposit is required in order for us to hold a goat. This can be made with cash, check or Paypal and we must receive the deposit within five days or the goat will go back up for sale. This deposit will hold a baby until weaning age or for 10 days if the baby is already past weaning age. The remainder of the purchase price is due when the goat is picked up. The remainder of the purchase price must be paid in cash, only. If the baby/goat is not picked up by the date arranged, the goat will go back up for sale and the deposit will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to keep any goat for our herd. If this were to happen, we would provide a full refund for any deposit already made on a goat.

All goats/babies must be picked up, here, at our farm. All of our goats will be strong and healthy when they are sold. Once they leave our farm, we are no longer responsible for them, as we have no control over their care, once they are sold. We have been selling goats for seven years and never had one complaint about our animals.

Goats are herd animals. They do not do well alone. If this is your first time to purchase a goat, please, consider buying more than one, either from us or someone else. It is not a good idea to keep bucklings and doelings together after 3 months. Bucklings can reach breeding age, very early, sometimes at only a few months old.  A wether makes a wonderful companion animal for either bucklings or doelings.

All of our does have been bred and we have babies due at the end of February 2012 and all though March 2012. I'll be posting pictures as the babies arrive.

Dolly, Sissy and Maggie are due in March 2012. I'll be posting pictures of the calves when they arrive.

Please, check back, often!
